TWO TRIPS:

Attention Ball Players, Our team is headed to the amazing island of Ireland for the first time. Make sure you are part of this inaugural trip. You will land in Dublin (DUB) on July 17 and after seven days and nights of unforgettable memories depart Dublin (DUB) on the 24th.

Team USA is entered into a small but very competitive tournament. Four games guaranteed win or lose. The field pictured above will be our yard for all four games. The Irish consider this their finest field on the island. One game per day, Thursday – Sunday.

During those four days we will hop on our private luxury coach for a half day tour. Our last two days with no baseball, we will take full day tours to outer parts of the island. Our first three nights we will bivouac in the country town of Ashbourne, just a couple kilometers from the ball field. The final four nights in the capital city of Dublin which will take your breath away. See below for possible tour and sightseeing destinations for the week. No way can we do them all but our very knowledgeable in all ways of history and geography guide Gerry, will do the very best he can given the time allotted.

Newgrange World Heritage site; Hill of Tara; Slane Castle (my must see); Bective Abbey circa 1147; Trim Castle (close to ball field); Boyne Rampart Walking Trail; Battle of Boyne Field; 

From Dublin:
Book of Kells (top attraction in Dublin); Dublin Castle; Jameson Irish Whiskey Distillery; Guiness Storehouse (Ireland’s most iconic beer); Croke Park Museum and Gaelic Futbol Stadium Tour; Famous Fishing Village of Howth;

Full Day Island:
Glendalough Visitor Centre; Kilkenny Castle; Galway City and the Cliffs of Moher; Blarney Castle andBlarney Stone (available for kissing); Giants Causeway No. Atlantic Ocean; Bushmills Distillery in Belfast; Titanic Belfast (the famous original ship was built and launched here);
